Tuy Phong area has a hot and dry climate all year round, high salinity due to being near the sea, and an environment containing a lot of salt and water vapor.
This requires all technical equipment – especially industrial valves and piping systems – to be corrosion resistant, heat resistant, pressure resistant and maintain absolute tightness.

To bring hundreds of tons of equipment to the Vinh Tan construction site on time, Nam An implemented a special transportation policy specifically for this project.
All goods are packaged according to international standards, transported by heavy trucks and specialized containers, with GPS monitoring systems and full cargo insurance.
Strict compliance with procedures in the transportation policy helps all equipment arrive safely, on schedule and without technical deviations – a decisive factor in the success of the installation phase.

Flow and pressure control solutions
- Nam An provides ball valve, butterfly valve, gate valve and check valve systems – each type is selected based on operating pressure, temperature and actual flow of each area.
- The electric – pneumatic controllers are designed synchronously, allowing precise flow regulation, limiting energy loss.
Corrosion protection and equipment protection solutions
- All equipment is coated with anti-corrosion epoxy coating, hot-dip galvanized paint, suitable for tropical coastal environments.
In addition, Nam An also provides air filters and safety valves to help maintain system stability under continuous 24/7 operating conditions.

- Nam An applies remote monitoring technology, allowing engineers to monitor the operating status of valves and control systems through digital software.

Survey – Planning – Execution
