CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURN
Cases for Exchange or Return
Customers can exchange or return products in the following cases:
- The product does not match the type, model, or technical specifications as ordered.
- The product has technical defects from the manufacturer.
- The product is damaged due to the shipping process, with images as proof upon receipt.
- The product is still intact with its original stamps, labels, packaging, and has not been used.
Specific Conditions
- Time to request an exchange or return: within 07 working days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with full invoices, delivery notes, and accompanying accessories.
- In case of exchanging for another product, the difference in value (if any) will be specifically agreed upon by both parties.
CASES WHERE RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Returns are not applicable to:
- Products that have been used, installed, or had their technical structure altered.
- Products damaged due to incorrect user operation of technical instructions.
- Damage due to improper storage, exposure to environmental factors, or chemicals.
- Products purchased under promotional programs or special discounts (unless there is a technical defect).

Nam An's technical team will inspect the product's condition, determine the cause of the defect, and notify the customer of the results as soon as possible.
Step 3 – Exchange or Return
If the product is eligible, Nam An will completely replace the product or refund the money as requested.
If the product is not eligible for return, the company will still support repair or replacement of components at preferential costs.
Step 4 – Product Delivery and Receipt
The product after exchange or processing will be thoroughly quality checked before being returned. Customers will receive a confirmation record and invoice to ensure transparency.

Customer-Paid Cases
- If the customer wants to exchange goods due to personal needs (not a technical defect), the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
